This policy explains what we collect through peteseatspinellas.com, why we collect it, who we give it to, and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to the phone, email, and text communications that follow from it.

We keep this simple on purpose: we collect the minimum we need to answer you and to rent spots, and we do not sell your information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our vendor application form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, business name, truck type, phone number, email address, and your message. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which record the IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp of visits. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect

This site does not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. We do not collect payment card details on this site.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your application, question, or request
• To discuss spot availability, rates, and scheduling with you
• To administer a spot rental, including rent and payment reminders
• To send you the text messages you have consented to receive
• To keep records of applications we have received
• To operate and secure the website, and to comply with the law

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Text (SMS) communications and mobile opt-in

This section explains what happens to your mobile number. Our Terms & Conditions describe the messages themselves and how to stop them.

How we treat your mobile number

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties. Mobile numbers collected through this website are used only by Pete's Eats Pinellas to communicate with you, and are never sold, rented, traded, or released to third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or lead-generation purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

The one necessary exception is the vendor that delivers the message for us. We disclose information only to service providers acting on our behalf (for example, payment processors and messaging providers) under confidentiality agreements. A messaging provider transmits our message to your carrier at our direction and on our behalf; it does not receive your number for its own use.

Where consent is collected

We text only people who have given us their number and agreed to be texted, at these specific places:

• By submitting your mobile phone number and checking the text-message consent box on our Vendor application form at peteseatspinellas.com/rent-a-spot, you consent to receive transactional and customer-care SMS messages from Pete's Eats Pinellas related to your inquiry. That form is used by food truck operators applying for a monthly spot.

Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of applying for a spot, renting a spot, or buying anything from us. We record whether you consented, along with the date and time, so that we can honor your choice.

What we send

Our program is transactional and customer-care. Messages relate to your own inquiry, application, or rental, and may include:

• Confirmation that an application was received
• Spot availability and rate information you asked for
• Scheduling and check-in details for your spot
• Rent and payment reminders
• Logistical updates about the park that affect your spot
• Replies to questions you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Frequency, cost, and opting out

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. After you reply STOP we will send a single confirmation message and then stop texting you. You may also opt out by calling (727) 545-4500.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We disclose information only to service providers acting on our behalf (for example, payment processors and messaging providers) under confidentiality agreements. In practice this means:

• Our web host and email provider, which store and deliver the application you submit
• Our messaging provider, which transmits text messages we send to you
• Our payment processor, if you choose to pay rent online, which handles your payment on its own secure page
• Website support staff, who receive a copy of form submissions in order to maintain the site

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person.

6. Payments

We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website. If online rent payment is offered, it takes place on the secure hosted page of a third-party payment processor, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts; when your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you would rather avoid this, most browsers allow you to block third-party requests.

8. Data retention

We keep vendor applications and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to run the rental relationship, and afterwards only as long as needed for our business records or to meet legal obligations. Records of text-message consent and opt-out are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance. Server access logs are kept on a short rotating basis. You may ask us to delete your information. See below.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Stored records are kept on access-restricted systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

10. Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to stop, or HELP for assistance
• Email and calls: tell us and we will stop contacting you that way
• Access, correction, or deletion: call us and we will honor reasonable requests, subject to any records we must keep by law

Florida residents and residents of other states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law. We apply the choices above to everyone regardless of where you live.

11. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults and for food truck operators doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as mapping and payment providers. Once you follow a link, this policy no longer applies; the destination site's own policy governs.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we materially change how we handle mobile numbers or text messaging, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again.
